Well it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything, and I’m very sorry. I have many things going on that have really taken my free time up. I also have a boatload of wine pics with no reviews, due to my laziness, that I still need to post. my idea for that is a slide show for the last year in wine – hopefully coming soon!

What have i been doing with all my time you ask? well, I’ve been making my own wine and man is this time consuming, albeit fun!

Plan on writing about that too, if I can get back into the swing of things! so stay tuned. Sorry!

Tell me how you open your wine in a bind!

This is a great article for those of us who don’t like white wine….but love fish. I’ve struggled with experimentation of red wine and fish for years and now have some basic expectations. What I’ve found is the is that dryier lighter red wines, like pinot noir’s and petite syrahs(blends) are best for my tastes, however, I came across this great article on wineloverspage.com on scientists research about this blend of red wine and fish to help out others looking for similar guidance.

comments: Wow a great tasting wine, I had a while back. Not sure of all the different tastes, however, I do remember how good it was. Sorry about this, but the some of these posts are late and I just want to get them onto the site.
